EMAN is an AIDS service organization that merged with Down East AIDS Network and the Health Equity Alliance in July 2014.
We offer HIV case management, HIV/HEP C testing (20 min test), HIV/HEP C education, food pantry, a needle exchange program, and support groups for those with HIV.
