If I offered you an opportunity to gain a real understanding of lifestyle nutrition, how to make it work for you, and build peace of mind without complex plans or giving up your favorites, in eight weeks... would you take me up on it?

Hi, I'm Isaac, the owner of Relentless Strength Training, and I'm excited to announce our next session of our Breakthrough Nutrition Coaching.

Over eight weeks, we work with you to:

-Dig into the components of nutrition so you can understand what's going on and actually apply it, versus getting bogged down in the heavy duty science. It'll be adjusted to work WITH your life and schedule, not the other way around.

-Figure out what YOU actually want to accomplish - Your goals and directions, not what society tells dictates.

-Build up a connection to self-confidence so that making decisions is easier and confusion is eliminated.

-Teach and lay in the foundations of habit building to put positive decisions on "autopilot" and teach a lifetime skill that you can put towards all sorts of other ventures. The objective is to learn skills for life, NOT a quick fix.

We won't be:

-Building complex or restrictive meal plans that are really hard to follow, anyway.

-Adhering to some strict rules that are unsustainable for life.

-Hopping on the latest nutrition fad and forcing you into all kinds of foods you wouldn't normally eat.

-Spending every waking minute measuring every single thing.

-Living on rabbit food.

This program includes:

-Weekly education and Q&A sessions.

-Daily habit check-ins.

-Your own dedicated coach to serve as a "go to". You'll receive individual attention and coaching along your journey.

-A supportive community of members on the journey with you. The group aspect is huge for accountability and connection.

All teaching and coaching is done virtually - You can take part from the comfort of your home and with the schedule that makes sense for you.

If that sounds like something you're interested in, and you'd like to be a contributor to a fun, dynamic, and educational environment - Just send me a message and we'll figure out if we're a good fit.

The next program starts April 19th! Send a message and we'll connect!

Mobility is more than flexibility!

I will shout it until the cows come home.

Flexibility is simply a joint's ability to move through a range of motion. It is more of a measurement.

Mobility, on the other hand, is the ability to move and control the body in a specific manner.

Here Jacquie is doing some great Supported Cossack Squats to work on her hip mobility, which will help her keep her knees and back healthy.

By supporting some of her weight with her hands, she can really "shop around" for the tighter angles and fine-tune her direction, while still engaging the active muscles so they learn the new range of motion.

Hard work paying off!

One of the best things about this job is seeing someone overcome the nerves and step into how strong they truly are.

Hannah's been chipping away in the weight room, learning lessons and improving day-by-day. She got the pay-off yesterday with earning her place on the board and her first 225 deadlift!

One of Hannah's greatest gifts is her ability to keep coming back. The journey is full of ups and downs, and being able to get through those down times is a key to long-term success. In true Relentless spirit, Hannah has just used every turn of the cycle as an opportunity to wear off a little of the cover to her greatness.

Awesome work, Hannah!

Calves Matter, Too!

The body works as a whole, so if one part is underdeveloped then it will become the weak link in the chain.

We don't spend a huge amount of time on little body parts like the calves. In general, we prefer to be as efficient as possible, and that means lots of "big bang for the buck" exercises like squats, deadlifts, and pull-ups. Sarah crushes plenty of those and she does it very well.

However, to round out a great physique or high-performance body, you need to make sure that all of the pieces are addressed. In Sarah's case, that means some extra calf work to finish off the lower body training.

Don't get so caught up that you leave gaps in your training!

Better positioning, better results!

Phil is working some controlled negatives on his Push-ups, while having his feet elevated.

Being able to control his positions like this allows him to focus on the body parts he needs to and make sure he's getting the most of out his training.

Just catapulting from rep to rep kind of misses the point. Sure, you get it "done", but what have you really accomplished?

Great work, Phil!
