This Husband and wife team had a dream. We are not the type to retire, sit on our lazy boys and watch tv. Sooooo, we bought this perfect lil plot of land and developed a unique RV Park. No one piled on top of each other, pet and equine friendly and more like a small village of like minded fun minded folks. In the 2 years since acquiring this land we have cleared land, put in 20 spots with 50/30/110 amp electric service, water and sewer. We have a large rec hall under roof with plans to finish out a couple restrooms and laundry. A 2 stall horse run on each stall, a cabin, and many future plans for more cabins and pool etc. We have met and worked with some of the most wonderful folks and made friends......no family for life. Our rates are $36 daily, $180 weekly, and $285 plus metered electric monthly. Our cabin rents for $50 a night or $200 a week. Please understand we are small so reservations are advised. Yeehaw, God is good and Life is being lived. God Bless Ya’ll!
