Life has been great these past few months, but I do miss my Bandera family! I’ve received text and calls asking when I’ll return, that’s a great question? To be honest I can’t return permanently but I think I might can do a day to see everyone. I’ll be posting soon when I’ll be cooking back Jake's at Polly Peak . I’ll be bringing the Taco Trio sometime very soon!

Hello everyone tomorrow I will be Jake's at Polly Peak with KAOS patty melts and fries. With that being said , these next 3 Wednesdays will be my LAST times cooking in Bandera. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me and my food. I consider anyone that I have had the pleasure of meeting my bandera family.

Of course last minute KAOS meal Jake's at Polly Peak! Smothered Cajun chop over scratch mashed potatoes!!!

Tomorrow Jake's at Polly Peak I will be serving patty melts with an undecided side and shrimp tacos. Thursday I will have the requested taco trio with shrimp, fish and Al pastor tacos. Don’t miss out, both days 6-9PM!

Tomorrow Jake's at Polly Peak there will be Karaoke and a little KAOS Kitchen - Bandera, Tx from 6:00-9:00pm. Come sing a song and enjoy the Jake’s famous shrimp tacos!

Sorry to inform you that I’m still grieving the loss of my brother and will not be cooking this weekend . Make sure you let your friends know that you love them before it’s too late!
