If at any time a member of the EASTPOINT Facebook community chooses to communicate using offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate language, or expresses or makes references fraudulent or illegal, EASTPOINT reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to remove said post and permanently block said user. Similarly, if a member of the EASTPOINT Facebook community posts advertisements or any other content that is deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, or misplaced, EASTPOINT also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove these posts and ban these users. In short, EASTPOINT reserves the right to remove posts, feedback, comments, etc. from any user from the EASTPOINT page at any time and at its sole discretion. Any user violating the Eastpoint Mall Facebook Moderation Policy is subject to removal from the page without notice.
