We are thrilled to announce that The Illustrious Blacks will be our DJs for Pride in the Garden!

Drawing inspiration from legendary superstars like Prince, Grace Jones, David Bowie, and George Clinton, The Illustrious Blacks combine DJing, performance art, fashion, and live vocals to create an unforgettable set unlike anything you’ve seen before.

They have performed alongside renowned artists such as Doechii, Tove Lo, SG Lewis, Jessie Ware, Big Freedia, Cupcakke, and Chaka Khan. Most recently, they were booked as the supporting act for Grace Jones’s 2026 Australian tour.

FSJ awards Delegate Bonnie Cullison the Beacon of Justice Award at this year’s Pride in the Garden! 💐

Delegate Cullison has devoted nearly five decades to public service as a public-school educator and one of the only openly LGBTQ+ members of the Maryland House of Delegates. Throughout her career, she has championed underserved communities and united diverse perspectives toward shared goals. We cannot wait to celebrate her for these years of hard work at this year’s Pride in the Garden!
