Cradlerock Elementary School Community Mural Residency 🎨 🎉 One of my favorite community murals wrapped up last week. I want to shout out Cradlerock’s Art Teachers, Lizzie and Zion for bringing me on board to create a large mural for the school’s cafeteria. This school has no windows and was in desperate need of some color and love. Every single part of this mural’s composition was inspired by a 3rd, 4th, or 5th grader. It was beautiful to see parents, students, teachers, admin, and even the superintendent @hocoschools to come out and paint the wall. Thank you to @mdartscouncil for funding this mural! I feel grateful to work as a Roster Artist for the state of Maryland 🙏🏽✨ On to the next canvas 🤍 *** All photos and videos have been approved by parents, teachers, and families of the students who painted this wall.
