It's Friday. Let me leave you with this one from Jim Rohn:
"Some things you have to do every day. Eating seven apples on Saturday night instead of one a day just isn't going to get the job done."
This is Jim at his funniest — and most profound.
You can't cram discipline. You can't binge it. You can't make up for a week of neglect with one intense Saturday.
Reading seven books in one weekend doesn't replace 30 minutes a day. Running 10 miles on Sunday doesn't replace a daily walk. Saving your whole paycheck once doesn't replace consistent investing.
Discipline is daily. Period. There are no shortcuts. There is no Saturday night catch-up plan.
This weekend, review your week. Which daily disciplines did you actually do? Which ones got the Saturday-night-apple treatment?
Be honest. Then adjust.

Tuesday's Transformation...... 😁
"I started at 150 lbs, and now I’m down to 125 lbs" 🔥
— and honestly, joining Be More Bootcamp was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself.
What made the biggest difference for me was the structure and accountability. It’s not like joining a regular gym where you show up, feel lost, and eventually stop going. Here, the coaches actually know you, they care, and they push you — in the best way possible. 🥰
The workouts are challenging but doable, no matter where you’re starting. I never felt judged or out of place, just supported. And being around other people working toward their goals really keeps you motivated. 💪
