We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
​Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

CONTRACT TO HIRE AFTER 90 DAYS. THE PAY IS $11.00 PER HOUR AND BASED ON PERFORMANCE WILL INCREASE TO $12 OR $13

LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING:

General laborer/warehouse experience

2-3 years experience required

The client would like some background in a warehouse, manufacturing environment. Will need to pass a drug and background check.

2nd and 3rd shifts available..
