A few things to help:
-Allow naps to go longer than usual if you have evening events that go past bed time.
-Talk to family about the importance of sleep during the day and find a space where your baby can nap of away from home
-Start with a well rested baby-Prioritize sleep the days before events witch help your baby on the "off" days
-Spend extra time to wind down on sleep routines
-Limit sugar before bed
-Pack comforting items that remind them of home

The on-call provider will be available by phone for urgent triage when the office is closed.
