Love my morning coffee!!! Every once in awhile, I come across something drinking my coffee and I take the time to connect with myself. Two celebrities that have been such an influence on me and my practice are Meatloaf and Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting. I absolutely love the passion of Meatloaf, especially in this video (it's definitely worth watching!!) As far as Robin Williams, I just love the authenticity and compassion of his character. Have a grrreat Sunday and don't do that!!!

As the new year approaches, here's a great way...actually three great ways to kick off the year.
The moment just before a new year is a chance to say “I’m all in” to your partner. It’s a time to reflect on what felt good—or not so good—in your relationship that year, and find new ways to pay attention to each other in the one ahead. To make the most of it, here are three questions to ask your partner:
1.What’s one way we could have more fun together next year?
Being “fun to be with” is a trait that’s been linked to both relationship satisfaction and longevity.
2.What's your favorite memory as a couple from the past year that you'd love to recreate this coming year?
Pick a date. Make it happen.
3.What's something new you've always wanted to do with me?
Trying new things together helps you see each other in a different light and can increase desire too.
Our latest five star review on Google:
I cannot recommend this provider highly enough. His work in couples therapy reflects stellar service, exceptional techniques, and results that are truly beyond measure. He is remarkably patient, thoughtful, and deeply relatable, creating a space where real progress and meaningful resolution can occur.
What stands out most is his availability and the genuine effort he places on repairing relationships. It is clear that he is fully invested in helping couples navigate even the most difficult challenges with care and expertise.
As legal professional with over 20 years of experience, I have worked alongside countless professionals in high-conflict and emotionally complex situations. I can say without hesitation that his practice and skill exceed anything I have encountered in this field. I only wish I had known of him years ago, as many of my divorce clients could have greatly benefited from his insight and approach.
An exceptional professional and an invaluable resource for couples or individuals seeking real, lasting change.
