Chip Banister and Camorry Berry joined ’s Steve Quillian for an Intro to Sash Making workshop in Tampa this December. After a week of mortise-and-tenon work and sash sequencing, we’re excited to deepen our understanding of historically accurate window construction—and to bring that knowledge back to Baltimore.

Honed marble floor tile installation is completed in a two bathroom project on Howard Street in Mt Vernon (grout to come). Unbelievably beautiful crackle glazed wall tiles to come in the light bathroom. I can’t wait to reveal further details! Camorry here patiently perfecting spacing.

Our Baltimore-based general contracting and carpentry company - focused on historic and vintage homes - is hiring for the following positions:

Lead Carpenter
Assistant Carpenter

We have temporary, part-time regular, and full time options available. Pay rate is $24-$40 an hour depending on experience and role.

Seeking lead carpenter candidates with excellent trim carpentry skills, strong rough carpentry and drywall/painting skills and a minimum of basic competence with woodworking skills to be used for architectural millwork and cabinet making. Experience with installing doors and windows is a particular need. Excellent wood fabrication skills and experience installing stair parts is strongly preferred.

We also have project based temporary positions in the areas of woodshop/office organization, hauling/disposal and prep and painting.
