Missing Runaway Teen

The Tappahannock Police Department in Virginia is requesting your assistance in locating 13-year-old Z'Mari Gomillion. Z'Mari was last seen wearing a black and white top with white lettering, black pants, and with her hair pulled back. The missing juvenile is known to frequent the Baltimore, Maryland, area and may be traveling in that direction.

Northeast District Atempted Murder Arrest

Baltimore City detectives have arrested a 16-year-old male suspect in connection with a shooting that took place in the Northeast District.

The suspect is linked to the shooting of another 16-year-old male on July 22, 2026, in the 5900 block of Bowleys Lane.

On July 29, 2026, the suspect was apprehended after a brief foot chase in the 3400 block of Noble Street. He was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.

The investigation is ongoing, and detectives are currently searching for five additional suspects who were involved in this attempted murder.

Northeast District Shooting Investigation

On July 22, 2026, at approximately 7:17 p.m., officers responded to the 5900 block of Bowleys Lane for a reported shooting investigation.

Upon arrival, officers located a 16-year-old victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

Northeast District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Northeast District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2444.

Eastern District Armed Carjacking Arrest

Baltimore Police detectives have arrested 19-year-old Deandre Brown of Baltimore in connection with an armed carjacking that occurred on June 21, 2026, in the 3200 block of Harwell Avenue.

On July 29, 2026, members of the Eastern District Directed Action Team arrested Brown without incident in the 3200 block of Belair Road. During the arrest, officers recovered the victim's stolen Citizen watch from Brown's possession.

Brown was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged-in- connection with the armed carjacking.
This investigation remains open.

Southeast District Indecent Exposure Arrest

Baltimore Police detectives have arrested 49-year-old Jason S. Morgan in connection with multiple indecent exposure incidents that occurred in the Southeast District during June and July.

Morgan was apprehended at a residence in Harford County and transported to the Harford County Detention Center, where he has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure.

Detectives continue to investigate whether Morgan may be connected to additional incidents in the area.
