‘Mass casualty’: 25 hospitalized after suspected drug overdoses in West Baltimore At least 25 people have been hospitalized Thursday after experiencing what officials believe to be overdoses in Baltimore’s Penn-North neighborhood.

At least 15 people have been hospitalized Thursday after experiencing what officials believe to be overdoses in Baltimore’s Penn North neighborhood. Baltimore Police said on the social media platform X around 11:30 a.m. that officers, fire crews and several ambulances responded to the intersection of Pennsylvania and North avenues.
