Want your own Soup Kit for the future? Come take all. 21218. 4 hot plates, 2 induction cooktops, 4 ladles, dozens of black cloth napkins. We received as a grant from Awesome Baltimore.
Go forth and continue to keep Baltimore awesome.
In 2014 our team received an Awesome Foundation grant to purchase hot plates and other supplies to host Soups. Since we haven’t been active as a team, It’s time to pass on the supplies to anybody that is organizing local fundraising soup events in their communities. Please let us know if you are interested and what you are doing so that we can pass them along to you!
We’re noticing a lot of new likes. The founding group is no longer active with Baltimore Soup but guess what, we’d love for you to pick up the idea and run with it.
Our run with Soup lasted a few years and we were able to organize hundreds of Baltimoreans to give directly to social projects they were inspired by.
If you want to host a soup— we’re happy to share our lessons and resources.
