It is our belief that without opportunities to gain necessary job, communication, and life skills, a legacy of unemployment, insufficient income levels, above average arrest rates, and parental absenteeism will continue. We believe that in order for these cycles to be broken, job opportunities must be made readily available in an environment that is focused on training and developing practical job and life skills that are transferable to any career or life circumstance

We miss you all so much, but we won't be sad today. We're so thankful to have loved and supported over 350 youth with employment and life skills💕

10 years ago I made the best hire decision of my life by hiring Kenika Walker. With her unyielding support and dedication over 300 youth received the love and support the they needed to realize their potential.

We talked about physical, mental and spiritual health! Each week we shared our roses and goals that we want to achieve! We ended with sharing life brochures and vision boards✨️
