Karma Dogs helps kids improve their reading skills, work on behavioral issues Every third Monday of the month, a special group of guests visit the Pikesville Library for a couple hours. None of them can read, but that doesn't stop them from enjoying a good book.

The Karma Dogs family said goodbye to one of our founding dogs, Tasha. Tash helped develop Karma Dogs every step of the way and somehow, the kids never minded her light snoring during their stories. She will be forever missed.

The Karma Dogs family is so sad to report that Jazz, one of our Karma Dogs, has crossed the rainbow bridge. Jazz was an amazing part of the Karma Dogs team and spread joy and happiness everywhere. Our thoughts are with her family.

All of us at Karma Dogs could not be more proud. Our very first reader, Danny, has officially graduated from high school. Pictured below is Danny after reading to the dogs SEVENTY TIMES in the first few years of our program. Danny personally helped train almost all of our library Karma Dogs and the dogs would never have been as great without his help. CONGRATS to Danny and his family!!!
