Year round club swim team for ages 10&up based out of Calvert Hall College HS. At CGA, swimmers will learn to work with the water, rather than work against it.
Cardinal & Gold Aquatics is a year round competitive swim team that seeks to provide a positive atmosphere in which athletes will augment both their physical and mental capabilities in the sport of swimming. Big congrats to Maeve for her Future's qualifying time in the 100m back! She won the B final last night in Buffalo, and becomes the 2nd ever ladies qualifier from our club! Proud of you!

First Tim! Multiple time sectional qualifier, team record holder, and long time CGA member...Tim had a great meet!
Second, Luca! A senior, first year swimmer who qualified for States! What an accomplishment!
Last, Roisin! A current junior and three year CGA member, Ro was a first time qualifier and posted some blazing times!
