Egbe OYA Obinrin Rights of Passage will be walking 100 miles for the month of July in honor of Harriet Tubman.
Walking offers numerous health benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, stronger muscles and bones, better mood and mental clarity, and weight management.
How to join:

2. Search for me (Nzinga Adegun); add as a friend.
3. Once you are friends, she should be able to accept you into the group.
Log your walk, run, swim, biking to add miles toward this challenge.
