Our Richmond team showed up in a BIG way.

Recently, our Richmond Connection Committee partnered with Little Hands Virginia to help package diapers for families in need — and together, the team packed an amazing 3,500 diapers.

We’re incredibly proud of this effort and the impact it will have for families throughout the Richmond community. Events like these are a reminder that small actions, when done together, can make a huge difference.

Our team had an incredible time at the ICSC Maryland Party during ICSC Las Vegas connecting with clients, partners, and peers across the commercial real estate community.

One thing was clear throughout the week: spaces are increasingly being designed around experience, flexibility, hospitality, and community.

These conversations continue to shape how we think about workplace, retail, healthcare, education, and mixed-use environments — and we’re excited to keep bringing those ideas back to the clients and communities we serve.

Since joining the MOI family earlier this year, the Accent team has continued to show why they’re such an important addition to our employee-owned company — bringing strong relationships, thoughtful solutions, and a true people-first mindset to every project.

Last week, our Roanoke Connection Committee brought the team together for a co****le tournament full of laughs, teamwork, and great energy. Events like these may seem simple, but they play a big role in building the connections that make MOI special.

Earlier this month, our Virginia Beach team participated in a community event supporting the The Salvation Army Hampton Roads Area Command — an organization doing incredible work across the Hampton Roads region.

Even more special, our Director of Sales, Angela Whilden, serves on the organization’s Advisory Board, making this a meaningful connection between leadership, service, and community.

In partnership with The Nature Conservancy, Hugo & Hoby invited MOI to Canaan Valley, WV—where we got our hands dirty replanting red spruce and fir forests and seeing conservation work in action.

What started as a trip turned into something more. A chance to step into the Appalachian landscape together and witness the real impact behind our shared commitment—135,000+ trees planted and growing through projects like ours.

Proof that the work doesn’t stop at the project—it grows well beyond it.
