The best partnerships go beyond product knowledge.
They begin with understanding the people behind the design.
Every design team has its own philosophy, creative process, and vision for how spaces should feel and function. When you've worked together over time, you develop something that's difficult to replicate—an understanding of how they think, not just what they're specifying.
That kind of partnership changes the conversation.
Recently, MOI had the opportunity to sponsor a tour of 160 Newtown Road with Nicole Campbell and Rob Wright of Thalhimer. The project involved renovation on different floors for two valued clients—The Miller Group and BALICORE.
The Tour also brought together all the partners who helped shape this remarkable project to experience the finished space firsthand. The building serves as the Headquarters for both Miller Group and BALICORE as well as other tenants on remining floors.
The building still has roughly 18k sq feet of customizable build out space available. The attendees were able to view the unfinished shell space and then walk through finished spaces. This gives the potential clients a vision to the possibilities of what their branded space could become.
Special shoutout to Glenn Bashaw for the awesome video.

When JOOLA set out to create its new headquarters and signature storefront, the vision extended far beyond desks and conference rooms. Together with sshape, we helped create spaces that reflect the company's energy, global identity, and commitment to community—all while planning for the future.
From flexible R&D spaces and collaborative environments to hospitality-inspired meeting areas and an experiential storefront where the pickleball community can gather, every detail was designed to support how JOOLA works today and where it's headed tomorrow.
It's one of those projects that reminds us the best workplaces don't just support a brand—they become part of it.

At MOI, employee ownership isn't simply how our company is structured—it's how we show up.
It means thinking beyond today's project. It means solving problems together, celebrating our clients' successes, investing in our communities, and taking pride in the work we do because we're building something that's ours.
Today, our teams across every MOI location are celebrating Employee Ownership together. But ownership isn't something we celebrate once a year. It's something we live every day.
Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing what Ownership in Action looks like—from the people behind our projects to the partnerships, volunteer efforts, and moments that make our culture unique.
Because when you work with MOI, you're partnering with more than 300 employee owners who care about creating spaces—and experiences—that make a lasting impact.
Great design deserves a partner that understands the vision behind it.
When A&D teams have confidence in their furniture partner, they can spend less time second-guessing decisions and more time bringing their vision to life.
That's the role we strive to play on every project.
Every successful project is built on thousands of decisions—but the best partnerships make those decisions feel easier.
For Assembly, our long-standing partnership with Work Program Architects allowed us to move quickly, collaborate seamlessly, and help create spaces that are as functional as they are inspiring.
Relationships like these aren't built in a single project—they're built over years of collaboration, trust, and consistently showing up for one another. And that's where we believe the greatest impact begins.

When you're facing cancer treatment, having a place that feels safe, comfortable, and welcoming can make all the difference.
We were honored to partner with the American Cancer Society, alongside JP2 Architects, to help furnish the new Hope Lodge in Baltimore—a home away from home for patients and their caregivers traveling from across the country for treatment.
Designed to feel more like a warm hotel or home than a healthcare facility, the space features inviting guest suites, comfortable gathering areas, and thoughtfully selected furnishings that help create moments of comfort during an incredibly difficult time.
We're especially proud to have played a small part in the next chapter of this building's story. After previously partnering on both the original and new Ronald McDonald House locations, it was meaningful to help transform this space once again—this time into a place centered on hope, healing, and community.
Congratulations to everyone who helped bring this important project to life.

The best compliment isn't about the furniture.
One sentence from our partners at WPA says everything.
"They really know what we want."
Years of collaboration create something that can't be specified in a drawing set—trust.
Assembly is a project we're incredibly proud of, but we're even more proud of the partnership behind it.
Because great spaces start with great relationships.
What does employee ownership really mean?
For us, it means showing up differently—for each other, for our clients, and for our communities.
In this 30 Seconds of Impact, our CFO, Patrick Shea, shares why being employee-owned creates a culture of accountability, pride, and purpose that extends far beyond our walls.
Because when everyone has a stake in success, every interaction matters.
