Popcorn chicken and tapioca longjin milk tea.

The combo is familiar, but I decided to put some quality tea (龙井茶) into this drink, as well as fry the chicken fresh, marinated with soy, garlic, ginger and shaoxing wine overnight. The result? Popcorn chicken like no other. A milk tea that stands out from the iffy drinks handed out by the million places that have jumped on this food trend. Running it as a second course was highly experimental, but hopefully it'll make a comeback 😁.
