on Box Alarm 33-20 at Luzerne & Oliver. Last night 3/14 around 2003 hours, reports of heavy fire were reported from the rear of 2517 East Oliver Street. With Code X-Ray in place units made an exterior knock. 33 Engine cleared a medic run taking their first due blaze.

While at in , FF Gibbons was approached by a young man whom he recognized as someone who used to call 911 frequently for help. The man said, “Thank you guys so much. I got a therapist, a security job and stopped calling y'all. Tell everybody thank you.”
