Hey Sidebar friends, we have another volunteer opportunity! If you haven't been able to help yet or want to help again, I need a few people at the bar this ** edit: SUNDAY THE 20TH ** for a thorough cleaning day to get ready for a u&o inspection! Starting at 10am and I'll provide bagels and order coffee, per usual. If you can help, please email info@ feedthescene..com 🖤

We have some of the old mez level floor tiles up for grabs if anyone wants them for nostalgia or an art project. If you're interested, DM us.

Im gonna throw this out here again cuz people have been asking. If you want to know the best way to help us finish Sidebar, the answer is donations. We still have a bunch of stuff to purchase and maybe you didn't donate before because you didn't think we'd get this far 🖤 no shame in being cautious.

Any new donated funds go to help cover kegerators, new awnings, chairs, lighting, rent & utilities while we finish getting the use & occupancy and liquor license transfer finalized, etc... any help is appreciated. Past that we'll be having more cleaning and painting days in the next two months if you don't have spare money, but do have spare hands and time. Thanks for coming along with us this far 🖤

We passed framing and that was our final final! On to use & occupancy! F**k yeah!

Bobbie Dickerson and I are almost finished painting the upstairs, Patrick Sudduth is almost finished trimming it out, Bionic Shane is almost finished the plumbing, and we fired up the brand new HVAC today. The sound booth and basement still need painting. Thanks to Frank Boston for the glass block work and finishing the remaining brick repairs. We still have a bunch to do, but we're moving ever forward 🖤 2/2

Bobbie Dickerson, Jen Swanson and I finished both coats of red on the rolltop and the black accent walls between painting day #6 and #7 🖤 Just some touch ups and trim left to do and the mez level will be finished painted!

Any sidebar friend who can do tile want to donate the install of about 56 sqft of tile to the bar? We have all the materials 🖤
