In some of the downtime of the Tulum yoga retreat, I offered mini-sessions & I think Sav absolutely killed it with this sunrise shoot!! We made the most of our time and combined fun headshots, along with yoga poses & some “hands on assists” 🧘🏼♀️

our first practice 🫶
wow, everyone arrived on time and made their flights - very satisfied with the beautiful rooms and our welcome snack to get in some carbs before we move together post a long travel day. teaching the first practice is always a little nerve wracking because you want to meet everyone’s bodies where they are, but after travel sometimes our bodies don’t know where we are. practice had all the options and the ocean breeze blew into our beachfront venue while we flowed.
all went well and our tummies are full. my heart is rather full as well and it’s time to get some rest for a big week ahead. we shall share more tomorrow 🙏
