We're excited to share that the renovation of Beachmont Christian Ministries' outdoor pool complex is complete – just in time for the summer! The 25,000-SF renovation consists of 2 outdoor pools, 2 new slides, and a new pool house. The new complex will be an exciting addition to the organization's summer camp program! 🔆

An update from Merritt Clubs on the Canton Club in Baltimore following last night's storm.

As you may know, our Canton club was impacted by last night's storm. Currently, the Canton location is temporarily closed as we evaluate the extent of the damage.

Our dedicated teams and engineers are on-site, working diligently to ensure the club is safe and operational as soon as possible. We are most thankful that no members or staff were injured during this event and deeply appreciate the overwhelming support from our community and members.

Our immediate priority is to assess the situation and devise a comprehensive plan for repairs and reopening. We will address any inquiries once this plan is in place and keep you informed. Thank you for your unwavering support and patience as we work through this challenge.

As a corporate sponsor, is proud to support NAIOP Maryland's bi-annual Community Service event held at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery Baltimore. Members of our team worked alongside other corporate volunteers to assemble over 2,000 care packages for active military members. It was a great day to spend time together while supporting a good cause!

We're excited to announce that our Virginia office received NAIOP Northern Virginia's Community Enrichment Award of Merit last night for the expansion and renovation of Loudoun Hunger Relief's facility. We had a great time celebrating alongside the other honorees last night!

Construction Commences! We've broken ground on a 25,000-SF renovation for Beachmont Christian Ministries' new pool complex! Delivering May 2025, the fully renovated complex will allow Beachmont to accommodate an additional 552 children during their summer day camp. Their new facility will include a 3,700-SF pool house, two swimming pools, and a new dive and double flume slide.

We're excited to share that we've been recognized by ABC Greater Baltimore with two Excellence in Construction Awards! We received a Platinum award for the 14,000-SF expansion of Omega Healthcare Investors, where we crane lifted a 7,000-pound stairwell into their office to connect two floors. We also received a Platinum award for the renovation and 2,000-SF expansion of Apple Auto Mitsubishi. Both projects inspired our team to find unique solutions for our customers, and we’re honored to be recognized for doing what we love to do!
