---> STEPS TO FILING A COMPLAINT:
1) Call Internal Affairs @ (410) 396-2300, or toll free at 1-866-396-2500 (24 hours, 7 days a week)
2) File a complaint w/ the State Attorney's Office for Police Misconduct.
3) Follow all instructions given by the I.A. & the Civilian Review Board.
4) Call your community liaison at the Mayor's office.
5) Be proactive and follow up. (Instructions on how to take your case to the Federal level coming soon.)
