Make someone’s day by sending them flowers! I’ve taken my favorite photos of water lilies, lotus flowers, and shorelines and turned them into greeting cards that could be a breath of fresh air this winter. Imagine how amazing it would feel to receive a handwritten note from ✨YOU.✨

Each card is 5” x 7”, blank on the inside, and comes with an envelope and protective cellophane sleeve. They are $5 each or $15 for a custom set of four. Choose any combination of cards 1 – 8. Card number 6 says “yes!” and card number 7 says “hope is everything.”

Throwback to Friday night when we had a rollicking good time in the studio for Mosaic Happy Hour!

Everyone made their art and we held the traditional “gallery walk” afterwards, where each person shares about their process and responds to questions and comments. Each piece was so remarkably different - a true testament to the magic of human imagination.

I’m truly humbled each time I get to lead people through this beautiful ritual. Creativity helps us blossom!  It illuminates us from the inside out, revealing things we didn’t even know were there.

Last week, a fabulous group of people gathered at Well for the Journey to honor the memories of their ancestors, beloveds, pets, and a cherished family gathering place. We started by writing haikus to get the creative juices flowing, then focused on who or what they wanted to memorialize.

They crafted physical manifestations of their love by including personal items like a candy striper’s name pin, a rainbow, dogs’ tags, shells from a beloved beach, and images of home. What an amazing thing to witness and be part of. 🩷

Linda won a raffle at the Upper Fells Community Garden Honey Happy Hour and scored a free hands-on workshop with me. She brought along brother Kurt and sister-in-law Jan, and the three of them excelled at their projects. We used the two step mortar + grout method, and the jet black grout really made the red and yellows sing!
