Last December, I had the privilege of capturing Danielle’s stunning surprise proposal to the love of her life, Taylor! A few years back, I met Danielle when she was the officiant for her bestie Marisa’s wedding, and we stayed in touch through socials. I was honored she reached out to me to help capture this moment for her and Taylor! The joy they share is so contagious 🥰 Cheers to you both!! And thank you for letting me be a part of your love story!!

Happy new year! 🎊 and yes, I know I am late to the party. 😅
Not to be a downer, but the end of 2025 really tested me in ways I never expected, and it was devastating. I had to take some time for myself. Along with being extremely ill for the most part of December, many of you know my sweet baby Bentley was sick. Well, we lost him on December 29, 2025. His body was giving out and he couldn’t fight anymore. So we laid him to rest in the comfort of our home, surrounded by family and friends who he loved dearly. When he left us, we stayed with him, along with his best friend and brother Ranger. It was the hardest thing we’ve ever done. I’m still grieving him every day.
As we move into 2026, I am praying for more happiness. Less struggle, and more joy. I know we aren’t promised anything, but as I go into my 5th year of being a full time photographer, I really want to focus on that. Being a photographer has blessed me in ways I couldn’t imagine, but it’s also been so so hard. This year, I want to really recommit to my focus on capturing love and relationships in an authentic way. Photos are so important, and you never know when it will be your last. So, while I truly feel like I’m rambling and can’t get a coherent thought together right now, I want y’all to know that I’m here. I love all of you. And I truly pray that we will all see more joy this year. Be in the moment, take the photos. Love your life. Here’s to 2026.
