Something for the inner dyi racer who has a weird geeky sense of humor. Soapbox derby meets the plumber, and the plumber wins.

Gravity-forced, home-designed do-it-yourself racers that steer straight, can stop (hopefully), and must utilize a human defecation device.

It is a great honor to crown this years winners, stool pigeon. These guys are in it to win and have for 2 years now. It was by happen chance that they were featured in the sun pre races this year.

Thanks to all the volunteers, hampden merchants association, Koehler, Falkenhans hardware for supporting and helping make this year great. With out all the crazy competitors of the races we could not have done this amazing showy feat, so huge props to all of them. A quick nod to the owner of luigis, Chris Doiron who for 7 years still wows the crowd with his last minute creations!

Check out the sun pre race article! And see you next year!
