We have partnered with , , and to continue efforts to create a cleaner harbor in Baltimore! We will be caring for our oysters through 2025 when they will be ready to be released at Fort Carroll!

Our team worked with to create a cleaner harbor by caring for cages of baby oysters for the past few months. Last week we brought our baby oysters to their forever home at Fort Carroll oyster sanctuary with the help of 🦪. We are so happy to do our part in helping to create a cleaner, safer waterfront.

And we’re off! Phase III of development at Harbor Point is officially underway as we celebrated the groundbreaking of the new T. Rowe Price Global Headquarters earlier this week. Working closely with our long-time development partner Armada Hoffler and collaborating with leadership at T. Rowe Price, we’re looking forward to delivering a truly one-of-a-kind waterfront office space in 2024.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), the two pedestrian-scaled 550,000 SF buildings and central all-glass lobby atrium features a timeless design that incorporates wood, stone, and other natural materials, complemented by large windows throughout that bring abundant natural light into the interior spaces and offer expansive harbor views.
