This used to be me but then AI pushed my thinking and my habits and now I only have these kinds of days a couple times a month. I am a classic over thinker, over ideation person and a girl who likes and knows a little about a lot of things. Creating (and still improving) my weekly workflow has stopped me thinking I’m just ADHD.

Being Responsibe is super fundamental. I love being in a space where I get pushed about my habits and a nudge back to achievement. If you need that same kind of vibe, definitely comment “prompt” because it’s not really about the prompt. It’s more about the daily habit the 3 prompts push you in to.

I have been to countless webinars over and over and over again, and when it gets close to the end and I get a little chunk of good information, there’s always this hard sell where either I feel iffy or I feel very confident about what I’m being sold.  I was very hesitant about launching my own webinar. I knew in my heart of heart. I didn’t wanna run a webinar. I wanted to run some kind of strategy session. I chose to run sessions so I wanted it to be a work session where in the end you felt like you actually got way more value than before you signed up . I started this by trying to teach like a specific thing each week. And then after the third session, I realized really quickly what I was trying to do. I want entrepreneurs to understand if you just leverage AI a little bit in your daily work it will save you hours of time. This is the best place to have this repeated conversation with people coming and asking their specific questions to their business. So what makes this a work session is we talk about how to leverage and then we take that information and apply it specifically to each individuals business that is in the work session for the week.

I host a work session every week. I’ve only skipped one week because of a very strong conflicting schedule. Make sure you join me generally on Wednesdays that it’s called the Wednesday work session.
