Mobile Sweep

We are looking for hard working parking lot helpers to join our team. You will perform the nightly maintenance of various properties around the Baltimore area.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Using a backpack blower, changing trash bags, picking litter
- Working with your driver to clean properties
- Working mostly outdoors - clear, rain, or snow

This is for the non-driver, helper position. Wage will be determined based on experience. Promotions are available for motivated candidates.

Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, the ability to adjust focus, depth perception, and night vision. Back pack blowers have a pull start, weigh 23 pounds and may need to be worn for hours at a time. Must be of a height and weight to operate the equipment safely and efficiently.

Wage between $14 and 16 depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Sweeping streets, changing trash bags, picking litter
- Leading a team and managing other workers
- Completion of paperwork
- Working mostly outdoors - clear, rain, or snow

We are looking both for drivers and helpers. Starting wage will be determined by previous experience and opportunities for advancement are available.
