Thank You to everyone who supported our One Baltimore For Jobs initiative. It has been a successful project that helped many Baltimore residents with job training and finding the career they've always dreamed of.

The $5 million dollar demonstration grant from the US Department of Labor via Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation has ended hence One Baltimore For Jobs has ended. Our DOL goals were not only met but exceeded in each area - Residents have enrolled in training, completed training and have entered the growing career industries of Baltimore.

In January of 2017 Ms. Afiwa Amega participated in an MTDL training. Not long thereafter, she successfully completed her Certified Customs Specialist training in pursuit of a career in the port industry. Now she is in her dream career as an Import Coordinator!

Shawn recently graduated from the Career Focus Training program. During the last day, Shawn said he "planned to continue to step up his dress because it gave him more confidence and changed the way people talked to him".
