Happy Birthday to Longtime Facebook holdout and Captain Cinema, Greg Rose!!!

Thanks to all who attended our Farewell Cinemaniac Bull & Oyster Roast last night!! It was absolutely EPIC and it’s one we will NEVER FORGET.

Thanks to your donations, we raised more than $900 for the Veterans at Dundalk American Legion Post 38. Many of the prizes/baskets were donated and personally made by Susan Melefsky and Cathy Reed. Thanks to Karen Yarko-Pearson for volunteering her time to help out!

And lastly, thanks to Tiffany and Arek at Rosedale Gardens for always having an immaculate venue, with great food and service and for being so wonderful to work with for so many years.

Greg Rose is definitely hanging the Guitar up and this was his final performance. Whether or not Cinema is truly done remains to be seen. We are keeping the door open to finding that special shredder on lead guitar. More to come…

- HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST with prizes for Best Couple, Best Male, Best Female and Best Overall
- Please don’t forget to bring $1’s to tip the Oyster and Pit Beef crews out back

We are close to full capacity. Still waiting for a few folks to get their full count together and money in. This Sunday is going to be the deadline. Please contact Kevin Rose to settle up ASAP! It's been an amazing ride, but the guys have mutually decided it's time to walk away from Cinema. You come to expect a certain higher level of performance, but we've come to the realization that our extremely busy profesional lives and more importantly personal and family lives need more of our attention. Four of us are in two full time bands and the need to simplify contributed to our decision. We are still good friends and always will be. We appreciate all the love and support and hope to see you at our final two shows next weekend:

May 16 Flying Point Marina 5-9pm
May 17 Edgemere VFW 7-11pm

We still have our Bull Roast 10/25 and are working with a certain retired guitar hero to see if he can work to become ready to make a return to play with some form of the band then. More to come.
