WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
3 yrs. ago, I was diagnosed with a communicable disease. (Communicable diseases are illnesses that spread from one person to another or from an animal to a person, or from a surface...) When I went to a world renowned hospital for treatment, I was told that I was imagining the illness. I was then told I was delusional and had a psychosis. This obviously contradicted the diagnosis. When I requested a lab test 3 doctors refused, ignoring or disregarding the physical symptoms and my verbal complaints about how the disease is affecting me. While waiting, requesting and going back and forth with these 'doctors' I used all my leave, sick and vacation time at my job. I received FMLA which kept me employed but with no pay. In order to have an income I retired to receive my pension and Social Security. I had just received a promotion but was unable to enjoy the increase in pay. Nothing day my medical record says I am delusional and do not have the disease. Yet, after my last visit, one of these 'physicians' wrote in his report that he saw evidence of my previously having the disease. This wasn't mentioned to me while in the exam room nor at any other time. What he saw that day was proof that still have the disease which is most active at night. How can I show signs of a previous infection when they all agreed it was my imagination and my medical record shows no mention of the disease except references to this protracted situation. Then there is the fact that one of these 'doctors' teaches medical students yet he was the ine who relented to my "begging" for a lab test but only because I did si in front of a doctor in residence. Despite it all, this respected teaching physician proceeded to have the lab perform the wrong test on the sample while making it appear as though the resident prepared the sample and ordered the test.

The hospital where these people are employed is respected worldwide. It seems that is the reason why no law firm or individual attorney will represent me even though I have every doctor's note, report, etc. in a pdf format and/or available to me in the hospital's patient portal.

Again, I ask...what would you do?
