I start each day with prayer and meditation. Then the mind is ready for what I have in store for the body. Next....Nutrition, the intake of all my vitamins, minerals and protein and now weight training begins for abt an hour and a half. The process takes 3 hours but it works for me! Yessss....Mind and Body ready to go!
