Remember to check COP on the CA-1 if you want to continue getting paid should you be injured. You need a doctor’s note saying you can’t work and you have 30 days to report your injury to be eligible. Share, Share, Share!

CA-16: Supervisor is required to give you within 4 hours of reporting your injury & you can only get one if you report within a week. It allows you to obtain medical services ASAP prior to your claim getting accepted
