Fun job we did for Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. 3D printed these clips to hold the plastic trays closed. They were originally using tape and it was very difficult to work it with gloves. These clips pop on and off easily. It will be interesting to see how the 3D printed parts hold up to the radiation these dishes will be exposed

This is a special one! This was made for our newest addition to the family. On January 15, Diego Milan came to the world. We’re proud auntie and uncle to this beautiful baby. We made this using stained maple wood and 1/4” thick painted acrylic. We can make these in any size, with any font and any color you want. @ Baltimore, Maryland

We were part of this nice exhibit at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. We laser cut white dimensional letters and number out of 1/16” and 3/8” thick acrylic. Also manufactured some acrylic parts that were painted. Glad to finally see the finished product and looks amazing. This is one of those projects that sometimes we can’t post much because we’re not allowed to reveal anything. Some may recognize some sneaky pics on the stories 🤫 @ Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital

Acrylic sign we did a few weeks ago for Pepsi’s VIP room in Coliseo de Puerto Rico. 3/8” thick white acrylic letters on 1/4” clear background. Installed with studs hidden behind letters with a 3/8” offset from wall. Project designed and built by @ Coliseo de Puerto Rico, José Miguel Agrelot

60” x 14” signage we just built and installed for our friends 1/4” cast acrylic with a 1/8” spacing from the background. Installed with stainless steel stand offs. Thanks to Limitless Detailing for allowing us to build something for them. More things to come!

More pictures as promised! 24” diameter x 2” thick cast acrylic sign for Starbucks CNC routed the shape and then a lot of sanding and buffing to achieve that ultra clear edge. It has two flat spots that are drilled and tapped with a 1/4” x 20 threads for the hanging hardware. Is it scary to engrave such an expensive piece of material? VERY 😅
