We are very excited to be working with the Space Development Agency to develop a high-speed encryption solution for their satellites.

NKrypt Awarded Space Development Agency Contract to Demonstrate Mesh Encryption for Satellites The 18-month period of performance is a Phase II SBIR STTR award with a total value of just over $1.5M.

We are excited to announce that we were awarded a contract by the Space Development Agency for a Mesh Network, NSA Certifiable, Cryptographic Solution. We will develop a prototype mesh network cryptographic solution for Optical Intersatellite Links (OISL) in low earth orbit (LEO) that incorporates significant low size, weight and power (SWaP).

The 1-year period of performance is a Phase I SBIR STTR award with a total value of $250,000. Under this phase of the contract, we will demonstrate a transformational architecture that will deliver high speed encrypted communications across the mesh network. The anticipated benefits of the NKrypt solution are ad-hoc cryptonet establishment, Multi-level security options, security of control plan data, limitation of radiation effects, and latency and throughput optimization.
