I made this chocolate cake with peanut butter icing yesterday. Gotta work on the chocolate ganache drip and my cursive, but not bad for my first try.

Thank you to the Klimkos and Bossermans for letting me be a part of baby Bossermans day tomorrow. I had so much fun making all of these Winnie the Pooh themed desserts for your Baby Shower. Hi all, my semester is winding down and I’m ready to get this baking show on the road for the summer. If you would like a treat for Memorial Day Weekend, I’m thinking about doing strawberry shortcake rolls and red white and blue m&m chocolate cookies. I have 8 Pistachio Zucchini Muffins leftover (they have a hint of orange zest). Please let me know if you’d like some, $1.25 per muffin.
Pick-up/drop-off date will be March 19th!

Oreo bon bons - $5 per half dozen or $8 per dozen
Mint chocolate chip cookies - $7 per dozen
Pistachio zucchini muffins - $5 for 4 muffins
Chocolate chip and sugar cookies ($5 per dozen) are up for grabs too!
