Today is Bike to Work Day, and we’re shouting out everyone choosing two wheels for their commute—including several members of our own Red Line team!

Biking and transit are the ultimate "perfect pair." Whether you're cycling to a station or pedaling that final stretch to the office, combining bikes with public transit is a game-changer for a cleaner, healthier, and more connected Baltimore.

We are reviewing different ways to deliver the Red Line. There is still time to provide your input by taking our survey to help us choose the best path forward for the project.

This month we celebrate the women who keep the Red Line project moving forward and all women who work to shape Baltimore’s future. Like:

Martha Gross, Red Line Transit Development & Delivery Director.

They are supported by other women on the team who research Red Line delivery options, route alternatives, traffic patterns, and help the project stay connected to community members and industry leaders.

A big thank you to the Fells Prospect Community Association, Fell’s Point Residents Association, and the Canton Community Association for the opportunity to present a Red Line project updates last month.

Conversations like these help shape how the project serves the communities along the route.
