Friends, our newest book, FRONTIER by Erica Stern launches next week! She has a few great events lined up in Chicago (at Volumes Book Cafe), New Orleans, and New York City. Swipe through for details on each.

FRONTIER is a genre-bending meditation on childbirth, which begins in the delivery room and then opens up into a parallel narrative of a Wild West ghost story. Frontier blends memoir, fiction, and research into the fraught history of birth—from midwives to Victorian-era sedation through the Natural Childbirth Movement and modern L&D suites—to explore the transformations of motherhood.
