I always look forward to warm-weather foods, especially the deviled eggs. These chipotle-spiced deviled eggs were made with home-made coconut oil mayonnaise, an anti-inflammatory alternative to canola oil. The folks at the Baltimore Orchard Project monthly potluck can vouch for them!
