Hello Friends of Farmhouse Bakery (& Crafts) ! I’ve been at this consistently for a few months and I’m always learning, tweaking, and planning. I did some events recently and it helped me see what works and what doesn’t, so I’ve decided to streamline my process. Starting the first week of June I’ll be offering certain Items each week. Here’s a rough outline of my plan:

WEEK 1 Options
Rustic Sourdough
2 Cookie options: (TBD)

WEEK 2 Options
White Sourdough
Muffins (flavor TBD)

WEEK 3 Options
Rustic Loaf
Scones: 2 options (TBD)
2 Cookie options: (TBD)

WEEK 4 Options
Yeast rolls
Cinnamon Rolls (with or without icing)

As before, I will need all orders for the week to be placed by 9am Tuesday morning.

The past few days have been busy, to say the least. Between a busy schedule and feeling worn out, I’m amazed at how much i was able to bake for tomorrow’s sale. Here’s what’s available (I’ll be at Town Square tomorrow , but these are available to anyone who can pickup at my house):

Restock day 👩🏼‍🍳
“Farmhouse Bakery” went through 23 lbs of AP flour since 4/21 ! 😮
Ash and I used up the last of the sugar and flour in our “everyday “ canisters yesterday.
And I fed my starters. All set for my next baking day, whenever that is🍞🥖🍪

I have been busy , making breads and cinnamon rolls. Plus working on new labels since I changed the business name to Farmhouse Bakery.

Today was a day for taking inventory and restocks .
I always buy my flour at BJs, they have the best prices for King Arthur Unbleached, and I picked up a big bag of sugar.
I get oval containers at Dollar Tree for proofing dough, and I bought some other bakery and vendor essentials there as well. Tonight I’ve been online, restocking things I get online, like Rice Flour, paper bags for cookies, and a new set of loaf pans. And I finally found shoe racks to display my breads when I do public events . 👩🏼‍🍳
