Based in Kennett Square, PA, we are an expanding commercial construction company with projects throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. Our work ranges from small business buildouts to complex commercial and industrial renovations, often working directly with local business owners, schools, and organizations who care deeply about their spaces and rely on us to guide them through the process with clarity and patience.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who wants their career to be meaningful, collaborative, and sustainable — someone who values relationships just as much as results and sees leadership as something built over time.

As part of KAPA's daily operations and ongoing maintenance in Anson B. Nixon Park, crew members from the TrueBuilt Company are onsite and repairs are being made to the footbridge that leads to and from the dog park. The footbridge will be closed until further notice. -Must have prior construction related experience (commercial preferred but residential is acceptable)⁠
-Must be comfortable working independently - this is an on-site position⁠
-Must be detail oriented and systematic⁠
-Must be able to manage and maintain good relationships with clients and subcontractors in a professional manner⁠
-Local to south eastern PA preferred⁠
