Dambana ng Dibdib starts Sunday April 7. Qi gong (and more) for gender expensive chests and hearts! Specifically intended to help folks with a history of shape wear/binding/top surgery (of all kinds). Common topics we cover are neck and shoulder pain, breathing more fully , self massage, rib tension, the list goes on. A virtual 6 week series that we build as a cohort.

Spent Wednesday in the ER with incredible pain. The kind that makes me nonverbal and barely lucid. No one could figure it out-all the labs were normal.

Yesterday was hilot treatment. Treating the unseen, energetic body. Thank you for the advice.

This morning I’m cuddled up with my sweetie and cat. I’m not 💯 yet, but getting close. I am held.

Grateful for all the medicine i have access to now. That has not always been true for me. There might be future times when it is no longer true again. I want everyone to have the medicine they need and more.

She is also a practiced Filipino Martial Artist in the discipline of Kali, through the school of Pekiti Tersia. Some of JL's most know creative works include JL is the US/Internationally travelled Journey of a Brown Girl and the Diasporic Pilipinx education and divination tool of Kapwa Tarot.

I’m so excited to be part of the ***r app as a finding supporter. There is always a bit of anxiety not knowing which businesses are actually supportive of me and my communities. Are they downright hostile? Are they nice on the surface to get our money then turn around and fund anti-gay legislation?
