Hey everyone, it’s Chef Shanon from Elevated Kitchen.

I just wanted to come on here and give a quick update. Over the past week, I’ve been in the hospital dealing with some severe infection that led to pancreatitis.

I’m okay, I’m stable, and most importantly—I’m making progress every single day.

I do want to sincerely apologize for not being able to participate in Flower Mart this weekend. That was something I was really looking forward to, but I had to take a step back and take care of me first.

At this time, Elevated Kitchen will not be operational on our merchant platforms while I focus on recovery.

I appreciate everyone who has supported Elevated Kitchen, checked in on me, and continues to show love.

NEW COMMUNITY FARMERS MARKET IN BALTIMORE! The very first @hollinscommunityfarmersmarket, happening every 3rd Saturday, took place this weekend and it was such a fun time. Organized by Lara and the Hollins Market community, this event helps activate Baltimore’s public market, @hollinsmarket_baltimore, while supporting local vendors. I didn’t get to try everything, but some standout bites were: ✨ Catfish Sandwich @elevated_kitchen_inc ✨ Curry Chicken Salad and Berry Lemonade from @rootedrotisserie ✨ My sister loved her matcha from @sacredhousemd Thank you, Amanda of @rootedrotisserie, for putting me on to this! Excited for the next one. ❤️
