A lot of women right now are in the in-between phase.

The icky sticky ooey gooey really super uncomfortable transition period.

The chapter where we no longer fit the life we’ve created, but we haven’t fully stepped in to our new life. Like a butterfly just trying on its wings for the first time before it fully commits to the role.

If you find yourself in a transition like this, you’re in a good place. Keep going, breathe, and step one foot in front of the other.

You are exactly where you’re supposed to be, I promise. 💜🐺

Feeling “stuck” is part of the creative process whether we like it or not. Once you’re aware of (and actually accept) that, the stuckness doesn’t feel so sticky anymore 🥲

- how much of it is actually mine?
- what can I let go of?

Life can get heavy enough without carrying around the perceptions and misconceptions of others. It’s just not your burden to carry. I don’t know who needed to hear this today, but it’s time to let it go. 🤍🐺

You are the thinker. You are not the thought itself.

Next time you find yourself in a lil spiral, try to pause and ask yourself how much power that thought spiral is truly worthy of.

Try this…close your eyes, take a deep breath, and just ask yourself…what is true in THIS moment?
