We are an interfaith group of yogis striving through devotion, community, and service to live life to good purpose and in the light of our true nature.

We are rooted in the tradition of Satyananda Yoga. We bring our own spiritual traditions together with our yogic practices to create a rich mix of perspectives from which to examine our relationship with the Divine and with all of creation. We meet via Zoom on the 4th Sunday of each month for Study Group. Our group reads and discusses texts ranging from the Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita to works by

Bihar School of Yoga is honoured to present the FFH app for the Frontline Heroes who are active in the fight against the Coronavirus around the globe.

The simple yoga practices introduced are designed to alleviate physical, psychological and emotional tension, and to help manage stress caused by the pandemic on the work and home fronts.

Inspired by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, this app is free of charge and given as prasad for the health and welfare of all.
