If you have wanted to try out pole but didn’t know where to begin, we have the perfect class for you! Taught by our wonderful instructor Eva, this class is perfect for the absolute beginner. You will learn basic pole moves that will culminate into a short routine at the end. All are welcome as long as you’re willing to try!
